The North American B-25 Mitchell™ is an American twin-engined medium bomber manufactured by North American Aviation. It was used by many Allied air forces in every theater of  WW II as well as many other air forces after the war ended, and saw service across four decades.

The B-25 was named in honor of General Billy Mitchell, a pioneer of U.S. military aviation. By the end of its production, nearly 10,000 B-25s in numerous models had been built.

The 345th Bombardment Group operated primarily in the Southwest Pacific Theater as a B-25 Mitchell medium bomber unit assigned to Fifth Air Force. It was awarded both the United States Distinguished Uit Citation and the Philippine Presidential Unit Citation for its combat service in the Philippines and China.

Forces of Valor® B-25 has hand-applied weathering that brings highlights the access panels and surface details. Details include eight nose-mounted machine guns, four fuselage-mounted machine guns and a 360 degree rotating turret behind the cockpit. Hinged bomb bay doors open to reveal bombs and bulkhead details. The solid metal wing has separately applied transparent landing lights, and the landing gear is constructed as a complete subassembly, which makes this model easy to configure for ground display.
